This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and workplace communication on employee performance at PT. Indratama Logistics. Organizational culture (X1) and workplace communication (X2) serve as independent variables, while employee performance (Y) functions as the dependent variable. The study adopts a descriptive quantitative method with an associative approach, involving the entire population of 60 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The analysis results indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a t-value of 7.040, which exceeds the t-table value of 2.006, with a significance level of 0.000. The partial coefficient of determination of 0.461 suggests that 46.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by organizational culture. Similarly, workplace communication also shows a positive and significant influence, with a t-value of 7.228 > t-table of 2.006 and a significance level of 0.000, contributing 47.4% to performance. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance, as shown by an F-value of 30.662, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.18, with a significance level of 0.000. The simultaneous coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.501 indicates that the combination of organizational culture and workplace communication accounts for 50.1% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 49.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings underscore the importance of a strong organizational culture and effective communication in enhancing employee performance.
