Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Amanat Perkasa Speed Jakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Amanat Perkasa Speed Jakarta, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei explanatory, penelitian ini melibatkan 83 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling dengan formula Slovin pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan confirmatory factor analysis. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi 0,455 (t-hitung = 6,381 > t-tabel = 1,989) dan koefisien determinasi 32,6%. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi 0,734 (t-hitung = 9,559 > t-tabel = 1,989) dan koefisien determinasi 52,4%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,221 + 0,195X₁ + 0,593X₂, koefisien korelasi 0,757, dan koefisien determinasi 56,2% (F-hitung = 53,548 > F-tabel = 3,11). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap teori manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam konteks industri logistik dan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan melalui sistem kompensasi yang adil dan penerapan disiplin kerja yang efektif.
