Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap
kinerja pegawai di Badan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah Kementerian PUPR Jakarta Selatan,
baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei,
penelitian ini melibatkan 52 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian
berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data
dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26.0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai
dengan koefisien regresi 0,588 (t-hitung = 7,380 > t-tabel = 2,009) dan koefisien determinasi 52,1%.
Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien regresi 0,662
(t-hitung = 6,316 > t-tabel = 2,009) dan koefisien determinasi 44,4%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,948 + 0,417X₁ +
0,389X₂, koefisien korelasi 0,794, dan koefisien determinasi 63,1% (F-hitung = 41,856 > F-tabel =
2,790). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap teori manajemen sumber daya manusia
dalam konteks organisasi sektor publik dan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen dalam upaya
meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui pengelolaan stres dan perbaikan lingkungan kerja.
